Dear Doc,

You have become our family dentist. Since you have treated us, we never have toothaches, but when we need dental work, it's off to Costa Rica and a visit to you. Now to some this may sound crazy, but the money we save compared to what we'd spend in the US pays for our trip and vacation to your beautiful country, and the expertise you apply to your work results in a truly exquisite end result.

I am sorely impressed that every time we come down you are able to arrange your schedule to accommodate our timeline, and are so helpful in arranging transportation to your office from the airport when we need it.

You and your staff are so hospitable in helping us with every mundane request -- it's something we are not used to -- why once I remember you had the coffee we purchased by phone delivered to your office, because we couldn't find the supplier's finca!

Since I am allergic to pain, you arrange for me not to be exposed to it, and I have never had a dentist do that for me.

And the greatest fringe benefit of all is being able to chat with your associate, Dr. Acosta's wife, about her almamater, where she learned to bleed PURPLE AND GOLD, THE ONE, THE ONLY, LSU.

We surely look forward to visiting you guys on our next visit.

Hello Doctors Acosta and Baez,

Thank you for your letter and your concern. I am doing fine and I am very happy with the work you have done on my teeth. My teeth are in good shape and I am flossing and brushing several times a day as you have suggested. I am trying to schedule another visit to Costa Rica sometime soon, but I do not have any definite time frame yet. I would like to return to your clinic to get my teeth cleaned and whitened. I will contact you as soon as I know about my return plans.
